This is my homework in literacy. I was given a story page to convert into a play script. Basically it was like writing a film script. I felt like a film story writer.

Its a story about a crocodile named Arthur who doesn’t have dinner table manners.

Cast : Arthur, Emma, Mrs Crocodile, Mr Crocodile

Scene : Ms Crocodile house

(At the dinner table) (Said in disgrace)
Mrs Crocodile: Arthur, you are eating like a regular beast.

(In disgust)
Emma : He won’t close his mouth when he chews and I have to sit next to him so I have a good view of everything.

Arthur : Whuzzzzhuh maher?

(In anger)
Father : Don’t talk when your mouth is full little bit of ravioli are landing on your sister no one can understand what you are saying.

(Saying disappointedly)
Emma : It’s awful.

(In disgrace)
Mother : Certainly!

Arthur : Everybody always pick on me.

(Looking disappointed)
Emma : Look, now he is the salt-cellar.

(Saying disappointedly)
Father : Don’t feel salt-cellar, either take some salt or leave it alone.

(In anger little bit)
Arthur : My goodness, dinner around here is no fun if everybody is going to pick on me.

(Saying to dad nicely)
Emma : Arthur is diddling with his spoon.

(Saying nicely)
Father : Emma, you do not have to report everything to me. I am sitting right here and I can see perfectly well.

(Saying disappointedly)
Emma : Arthur has no manners.
